Delivery Times
Many of the watches can be delivered within 6 working days from order. For some TAG Heuer watches this can be reduced to only 3 working days. Watches are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery – fully insured with delivery guaranteed next day by 1pm. For an additional premium of £10.00 this delivery time can be brought forward to before 9am.

Delivery – Next working Day
For some of our best selling watches, we are able to carry a small stock and still ensure the dealer stamped warranty is current. These watches can be delivered to you on the next working day by either the 1pm or 9am service. However, you must ensure that your order is placed and confirmed by 3pm on the day of ordering.

Delivery – Off Mainland
Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for Royal Mail to deliver off the mainland to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, BFPO Boxes etc.

Delivery – Finance Orders
Please note that the delivery time commences on the day that the finance company receive the signed finance agreement with any supporting documents

Delivery Address
Orders paid by Credit Card, PayPal or finance will only be delivered to the registered address. For orders paid by Debit Card, Bank Transfer or a cash deposit at any HSBC bank then we will accept an alternative delivery address.

Back-Orders
Very occasionally, a particular model may be out of stock with both the dealer and manufacturer. In these cases, known as ‘back-orders’, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.

Important Notice
Once the watch is signed for, by anyone at the delivery address, it will become your responsibility. This is an important consideration when nominating a work address for delivery. For your information, watches are packed in a plain brown box with our initials SWD Ltd with no mention of the word "watch" on the box.
